Man I look young in this picture!  Funny thing is it was taken 2 summers ago.  It's one of the reasons I grew the facial hair hair in the first place, but lately I have been debating on whether or not I wanted to shave it all off again.  I'm just getting tierd of shaving and trimming what little facial hair does grow.

Ok people are just plain stupid. Look at what I found on the internet.  This actually came from a REAL news article:

BANJA LUKA, Bosnia (Reuters) - A hand grenade being used instead of a ball in a game of catch exploded early on Saturday killing three youths in this Bosnian town, police and news agencies said.

I mean when I can't find my ball, the first thing I grab is my hand grenade which I keep in my backpack in case of an emergency.  Nothing worse than not being able to play catch.    People really need help.

For some reason or another I'm in a happy mood today.  This morning when I woke up I felt like I had slept forever, to bad I didn't.  I just had this funny mental picture of me in my happy place.  Anyways, the crazy lady that sits across from me came in this morning and turned her radio up really loud.  I thought I was the only one that was getting irritated by it until her boss spoke up and was wondering where it was coming from.  She doesn’t talk to herself as much as she used to, so that’s a good sign of mental stability coming her way.  Now if only we can get her to talk with her inside voice, everyone in the office might be a little happier.  It’s sad when you look around in the office and out of the 17 or so people that work here; probably 10 of us wear headphones throughout the day so we don’t have to hear her.  Now she’s arguing over her radio with her coworker who turned it down while she was getting coffee.  It’s never a dull moment here at work.  Speaking of coffee I think it’s that time…  I’m really tempted to skip out for a few minutes and go get me some Starbucks.  Mmhmm Starbucks!!!   Venti, white chocolate mocha with caramel sauce drizzled on top it’s like heaven.  Ok so maybe it’s not heaven, but if heaven were like a cup of coffee that’s what it would be.

Have you ever read or heard someone say something and then wondered what in the world they were thinking or if they were thinking at all when they said it?  I got this in an e-mail and thought others might get a laugh out of some of these comments:

If you haven't seen Chicken Little go see it.  I laughed so hard durning that movie.   It might have been partially because I was so tierd.  Either way it's a good clean movie worth watching.   On a side note, I got my hearing back from the concert, at least I think I do.  I didn't see anyone today holding thier ears while I ran sound, so that was a good sign.

Ok for those of you that missed the concert lastnight... YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN TICKETS SOONER!!!  (Malcom and Josh).  The first band was simply "ok."  Musically they were pretty solid, but IMHO they need a new singer!  They were so bad I don't even remember their name.  Now the first time I heard EISLEY was on the way to the concert.  They were truely amazing and worth seeing.  They remind me Sixpence None the Richer and Flemming and John (For those of you that don't know the who Flemming and John are you make me feel old or musicly lost) but so much better.  Either way, they are going to be on my list of CD's I HAVE to buy.  Switchfoot rocked the house but were extremly loud.  Don't get me wrong, I love loud music and have run sound at shows that were quite loud, but I think I'm still recovering from that concert.  I was supposed to go to Tikvat this morning but I'm attributing my not hearing the alarm clock go off to the hearing loss I sustained at the concert.  It sounds like a good excuse to me at least.  I guess we shall see how well I can hear since I'm about to run sound for a wedding.  Enough for now... The wedding will start soon.

Weblog's are like therapy for the soul.  I never have been good at sharing my life with strangers before, but there can always be a first for everything.  Life always seems to have a funny way of working its way out.  Whenever you think life is going great things always seem to change in a different direction.  While I have always believed change is good, I always seem to have a problem with it.   Normality is something we all hold on to and feel comfortable with and any time life strays from this “norm” we feel awkward or least I do.  Sometimes, it’s a feeling of being lost or even confused.  Now I’m not some sort of manic depressive or anything like that.  I always enjoy starting something new and meeting new people.  I guess you can call me an introverted extravert or would that be an extraverted introvert?  Those who are close to me know the real me probably better than I do.  I let very few people into my inner circle of thoughts mostly to protect myself.  I have many friends, but very few close friends that I confide in.  If you stick in there with me long enough I begin opening up more and more.  I guess most people would describe me as the type of person who gets along with everyone and that everyone seems to like (for the most part.)  Well this is enough rambling for my first post here on Xanga.  I can’t tell about myself all at once, what fun would that be?
